Memphis, TN — While the hospitality industry continues to rebound from the impact of COVID-19, hotels are experiencing challenges finding qualified employees. In an effort to assist the hospitality industry, its members and the community, the Metropolitan Memphis Hotel & Lodging Association (MMHLA) is now offering a free online hospitality job listing service. This free service provides an opportunity for potential job candidates to post their information, and hospitality companies can view listings online at mmhla.com.

“We are helping great employees and employers connect. It’s a win-win”, says Wayne Tabor, president of MMHLA.

Here’s how the online job candidate listing service works:

1.  Job Candidates Post Their Applications
Potential job candidates who are interested in working in the hospitality industry can post their listing at mmhla.com/job-application/.

2. Hotels Can View Job Candidate Listings
MMHLA receives job interest applications, and the listing is updated automatically.

3. Hotels Contact Candidates
If hotels are interested in job candidates, they can contact them directly to setup an interview, or to request more information.

MMHLA is the source for information and education, and the advocacy voice for the hotel and lodging industry in the metropolitan Memphis area. MMHLA membership includes individuals and organizations engaged in the operation of lodging properties; providers of products and services to those properties; and others who work closely with the hospitality industry on common or related business.
