We are pleased to announce that the MMHLA Nominating Committee recommended the following Slate of Directors and Officers for the 2025 board of directors. The recommended slate was approved by the board of directors by majority vote. Voting will be open starting December 11, 2025 through December 13, 2025. If there are any nominations from the membership, please email them to Wayne Tabor at wtabor@mmhla.com by December 10, 2025.

• 2025 Director: Chuck Pinkowski, Pinkowski and Company 3-year term through 2027.
• 2025 Director: Noe Cerrato, Summit Management Corporation 3- year term through 2027

2025 Officers

• Chairman: Ton Goodwin, General Manager, Memphis Hilton. One year term through 2025
• President/CEO: Wayne Tabor, MMHLA
• Treasurer / Secretary: Doug Owings, Owings Properties. One year term through 2025
• Sargent at Arms: John Rucker, Key Magazine. One year term through 2025
